Hospitalization
I have now been in hospital for a month or more and I don't like it!! This is a ward for the demented and dying...into which category do I fit? I spent Christmas here. Not that I have ever had any affection for Christmas but to spend it in hospital more or less a prisoner within its walls is another thing. The old woman probably of Arab origin constantly yelling "Allah"... someone's name or a plea to the prophet to take her from this ignomy?? In one ward I have been in, the poor old demented man screamed to "mummy", a never coming "Lachlan", "nurse" and and even more pitiful "Help me!" Over and over and over. Currenly the man in the bed next door, unseen but grossly overweight, groans and wails at full volume and requires 6 nurses to move him for whatever reason.
